SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Shipping Process

Generally standard stock orders will be processed within 2-4 business days and dispatched to Australia Post. For custom orders, the processing time is 1-4 weeks. Where tracked shipping is selected, you will be provided via email with a tracking number to help you stalk your postie. 

For estimated shipping times, please refer to the Australia Post website and enter 5019 as the starting postcode. Unfortunately, once orders have been dispatched, the time taken to reach you is completely out of our control. 


Shipping Prices

Australian Domestic

Purchases up to $130 will be shipped with Australia Post as a parcel and you will be provided with a tracking number and charged $10 for standard or $15 express. 

Purchases over $130 will be entitled to free standard shipping with Australia Post as a parcel and you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

Australia Post parcels are generally left in a safe place if you are not home. 

If you require a signature on delivery, please contact prior to placing your order.

 

Occassionally, items totalling in excess of $8 will be small enough to be posted untracked. Please contact prior to purchase to check if this is a possibility. If this is an option, a code will be provided to reduce the shipping charge and confirm that you are happy to have your items shipped without tracking protection.

 

International

International standard shipping offered by Pawfect Love includes tracking. Please contact us prior to purchasing should you require tracking for a quote.

 

United Kingdom

Due to tax and trade requirements resulting from Brexit, as of 31/12/20, Pawfect Love will no longer offer shipping to the United Kingdom via it's own website. Should you wish to purchase any items, including custom orders, you can continue to do so through the Etsy Store.

 

 

Temporary Changes to Processing and Shipping

 

COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives in a number of ways. Unfortunately, this includes purchasing from Pawfect Love. Processing and shipping times are expected to increase slightly due to increased precautions, limiting trips to the post office where possible and anticipated Australia Post delays. We appreciate your understanding in this challenging time. 

 

Lost Items

As per Australia Post instructions (current at 17/12/21), they recommend the customer contact them directly;

For all other deliveries, please get in touch if your:

  • domestic item hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date
  • International Courier or Express item hasn’t arrived within 1 business day of the estimated delivery time
  • International Standard item hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery time
  • International Economy or Airmail item hasn't arrived within 3 months of posting 
  • Registered Post International item hasn't arrived within 25 business days of posting

To make an enquiry, please complete the missing item form

 

If Australia Post advises the parcel has been delivered (left in a safe location), Pawfect Love may request that you make a police report for an item being stolen from your property, prior to any further negotiations regarding replacement or refund.

 

Refunds and Returns

Refunds or replacements are only available on faulty items, not for change of mind on purchases of custom orders or earrings. Therefore, we recommend asking any questions about a product prior to purchased. Items are inspected prior to shipping, however if you believe your item is faulty, please notify us via email hello@pawfectlove.com.au within 2 days of receiving item. Refund or replacement will be offered depending on stock availability.

We do offer a 10 day full refund for return policy on other items. This excludes custom orders and earrings (for health and safety reasons).

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. If you are wanting to return an eligible item, it will need to be returned in it's original condition. We will refund the full price on receiving it back, however, we don't accept responsibility for repaying any postage charges that are incurred.
