Q: How do I customize my topper to look like my pet?
A: Provide a number of photos and describe your pet's unique features, plus their pose and favourite facial expression. From there Dani will sculpt the figurine from scratch.
Q: What materials are used for the toppers?
A: We use high-quality, durable materials that are safe for cake decoration and last as keepsakes. The figurines have an aluminum skeleton for structure, polymer clay for their body, acrylic paints plus matte varnish to protect their features. A layer of food-safe resin can also be applied as a barrier.
Q: I really need it to turn out exactly how I want it. Do you provide any guarantees?
Absolutely. I provide progress photos prior to commencing the final stage of finishing the toppers. This gives you the opportunity to provide feedback and adjustments can be made until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Q: When should I order?
For weddings, I recommend ordering 3-6 months in advance. I can often accommodate last minute orders, so if you need faster turnaround simply contact us.
There is also no harm is ordering further out than 6 months because the cake toppers will not deteriorate in condition.
