If you have a pet in your life, chances are they are a big part of your love story and can rarely stay for an entire wedding if they are able to attend at all. Custom pet cake toppers are a fun way to have them still be celebrated and part of the reception. Plus these toppers are all handcrafted from polymer clay, so will be a meaningful and everlasting keepsake from the wedding that you will actually want to display rather than pack away in a box never to be seen again!!

Dani has been perfecting her polymer clay skills since 2015 and takes pride in capturing the unique traits of each pet. For the full body firgurines you can choose both the pose they are in as well as their signature facial expression.

You can also purchase accessories, such as a sign saying 'I do too' by visiting the accessories listing.

Because they are all made from scratch, the custom pet cake toppers aren't limited to cats and dogs, as long as you can provide a bunch of photos for reference, all pets are possible.

Head and paws only (peeking style)

Extra Small Approx 4-6cm in sitting position (or equivalent of laying or standing)

Small Approx 6-9cm in sitting position (or equivalent of laying or standing)

Medium Approx 9-12cm in sitting position (or equivalent of laying or standing)

Large Approx 12-15cm in sitting position (or equivalent of laying or standing)

Turnaround time

The average turnaround time for custom figurines is 1-2 weeks, but during peak periods, it may take up to 4 weeks. For wedding orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3 months in advance, but if you need a faster turnaround, please contact me, Dani (I’ll do everything in my power to make it possible).

Sending photos

Photos can be sent by replying to your order confirmation email, directly to hello@pawfectlove.com.au or to our Instagram (@pawfectlove.au) or Facebook DMs.

Please indicate your requested pose and favourite facial expression.

The more photos supplied, the more accurate the outcome will be.

Process

Once you've placed the order and sent photos of your cherished pet (or pets) please also let me know any details that are a particular feature or easily missed in the photos, plus your wedding date.

I will usually be able to start within a few days and will update you with a progress photo and opportunity to provide feedback prior to finishing and shipping.

Materials and food safety

The cake topper pet figurines are made from polymer clay and reinforced with wire and aluminum as needed. Dani adds colour and details with acrylic paint before sealing the figurine. If you plan to mount the figurine directly onto the cake, please let us know, and we can add a layer of foodsafe resin to the base.
