Custom pet cufflinks manage to nail the brief of being personal, meaningful, fun yet still elegant and understated. Dani, the founder of Pawfect Love and the polymer clay artist behind these cufflinks, understands the importance of capturing the unique traits of your pet, and prides herself on creating a lifelike representation of them in miniature form.

The cufflinks can either represents 1 pet as a matching pair or mismatched to represent 2 different pets (there's no extra cost for this). They are also not limited just to cats and dogs!!

PS. Even if these aren't for a wedding, they make the pawfect gift for a for a Furdad!!

Process

Once you've placed the order and sent photos of your cherished pet (or pets) please also let me know any details that are a particular feature or easily missed in the photos, plus your wedding date.

I will usually be able to start within a few days and will update you with a progress photo and opportunity to provide feedback prior to finishing and shipping.

Turnaround time

The average turnaround time for custom is under a week, but during peak periods, it may take up to 3 weeks. For wedding orders, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks in advance, but if you need a faster turnaround, please contact me, Dani (I’ll do everything in my power to make it possible).

Sending photos

Photos can be sent by replying to your order confirmation email, directly to hello@pawfectlove.com.au or to our Instagram (@pawfectlove.au) or Facebook DMs.

2-3 photos of each pet are recommended and please let me know if you have a particular facial expression captured.

Size and materials

The cufflinks themselves are made of nickel-free silver plated copper, with the pet faces securely glued onto the pad. They measure approximately 1-2 cm in dimeter, but Dani is happy to accommodate requests for smaller or larger sizes.

Being made from polymer clay with industrial strength glue attaching the faces to the metal base, they are strong but can't withstand excessive force. If you are keen to ensure they survive a rowdy wedding dancefloor, it is best to either remove or consider an alternative such as lapel pins, as these are positioned in a safer location.

Style and care

Please keep in mind that while the style is lifelike, the miniature size and materials used mean that the outcome will be an artistic representation rather than a perfect replica.
