Once you've placed the order and sent photos of your cherished pet (or pets) please also let me know any details that are a particular feature or easily missed in the photos, plus your wedding date.

I will usually be able to start within a few days and will update you with a progress photo and opportunity to provide feedback prior to finishing and shipping.

The average turnaround time for custom is under a week, but during peak periods, it may take up to 3 weeks. For wedding orders, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks in advance, but if you need a faster turnaround, please contact me, Dani (I’ll do everything in my power to make it possible).

Photos can be sent by replying to your order confirmation email, directly to hello@pawfectlove.com.au or to our Instagram (@pawfectlove.au) or Facebook DMs.

2-3 photos of each pet are recommended and please let me know if you have a particular facial expression captured.

Handcrafted with love and attention to detail, each face is sculpted from polymer clay to look like your beloved pet based on photos provided. For an extra special touch, some pets have details added with acrylic paint before being finished with a sealant.

Generally, the average custom pet lapel pin measures approx 15-20mm in diameter. If you wish for them to be smaller or larger, please add a note at the checkout or let Dani know when you send through photos. 

Lapel pin uses a gold plated brass tie tack. If silver is preferred, please request.

Please keep in mind that while the style is lifelike, the miniature size and materials used mean that the outcome will be an artistic representation rather than a perfect replica.
